Decal to your shopping cart. When ordering both,
- First add the CARD which takes you to the PayPal Page
- When on the PayPal page click "Continue Shopping" to automatically return to
this page
- Add the decal which again takes you to the PayPal Page
- After both are added to the PayPal Page you can select the amount for each
item on the PayPal Page & checkout. Be Sure to email or fax in the Order Form
together with a Member Application if submitting at the same time.
